AOC Saint-Emilion Grand Cru
History tells us that there once stood, on the site of what is now the Château l’Épine vineyard, a stele containing a thorn from Christ’s crown. According to legend, this is the origin of the name Château l’Épine. Founded in 1927 by Gabriel Ardouin I, the estate is now managed by his grandson, Gabriel Ardouin II, who passionately and humbly dedicates himself to crafting great wines using traditional family expertise.

AOC Lalande -de-Pomerol
Located at the edge of the renowned Pomerol plateau in Néac, this single-estate property is the largest in the appellation: 46 hectares of planted vineyards, a 19th-century château, 15 hectares of rolling, romantic parkland with century-old trees, an orangery, and an 18th-century wooded grove. As noted in Féret’s 1893 edition, “Château Siaurac is separated from the first great wines of Pomerol only by a thin stream called the Barbane.”
