You will meet dedicated winemakers, eager to share with you the soul of their terroir, their working methods, and the secrets of their wines!
A moment of conviviality and exchange in a privileged setting telling the story of know-how and traditions.

AOC Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieur

Grape juice
This estate, with its centuries-old heritage and likely once the farm of the feudal castle, was acquired in 1973 by the Massart family.
It comprises 19 hectares of vineyards cultivated using organic farming methods and the cultivation of organic wheat for flour production. On the property, you will find a 19th-century bread oven, restored and still in use. Collections of tools from Château Vilatte and the Libournais Ecomuseum are on display in a dedicated space on the upper floor of the century-old barn.
The 5 km self-guided walking trail promises a pleasant stroll through the vineyards, meadows, woods, and paths of the estate.

Founded in the 18th century, Château Barrabaque is a family estate managed by Caroline Noël-Barroux since 2004. The Noël family has practiced sustainable agriculture on the estate for over 20 years and produces white and red wines. A French whisky, “L’INSOLITE,” a single malt (100% barley) with a long finish in Château Barrabaque red wine casks, highly praised by enthusiasts, is now available at the estate and in the online shop.

The Moulin des Grandes Vignes and its wine museum open their doors to the Périssac vineyards.
