Attend the official unveiling of Guido Reni’s painting “Atalanta and Hippomenes” at the Libourne Museum of Fine Arts.
After three years of research and restoration, this large oil on canvas, rediscovered in the museum’s reserves and previously considered a late copy, has been identified as an original work by the Italian master Guido Reni (1575-1642).
This painting has become the masterpiece of the Libourne Museum.

JULIETTE MALGUID EXHIBITION
A multidisciplinary artist, Juliette Malguid explores several techniques between painting and drawing. Her works often originate from her own photographs, which she transforms and develops according to her inspiration.

The painter Laurie BIGOURDAN opens this new season of exhibitions at Château Pichon Bellevue
Exhibition opening on Friday, January 16th at 6:30 pm at 23 Avenue du Stade 33870 Vayres.
“Highly sensitive and passionate, local artist Laurie Bigourdan transforms her emotions into vibrant abstract works. Trained in art in Lyon, she blends acrylics, mortar, and unusual tools on large canvases, playing with colors, textures, and contrasts to create intimate and expressive worlds.
Inspired by everyday life, design, and nature, she has been exhibiting for fifteen years in France and internationally, sharing her art at the Grand Palais, art libraries, and at art fairs and exhibitions. Her canvases, reflections of her personality, invite viewers to feel and escape.
Her goal is to brighten your interiors and touch your hearts through authentic and emotional art.”
