In bread and cakes, you eat wheat flour almost every day… But do you know how it’s made? The Porchères flour mill still has its 1937 machines that transformed wheat into flour.
Powered by river water, the turbines drive the four levels of machinery needed to wash, sort, crush, and sift the wheat and flour. What ingenuity goes into making flour!

The smell of baking bread never leaves you unaffected. Starting with the simplest ingredients: flour, water, salt, and yeast, everyone will knead their dough, shape it, and leave with their own baked creation. A truly wonderful time to share with the family. Guaranteed success!
