  • 💧At the Lac des Nauves in Coutras, enjoy a beach with lifeguard-supervised swimming, a snack bar, and a self-service kayak and paddleboard rental station. The Base Nautique du Frais Rivage Offers water activities—canoeing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding—with excursions ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Enjoy a relaxed, sociable time at the nearby *guinguette* (riverside café).

 

  • 🌿At Saint-Seurin-sur-l’Isle, the La Charbonnière watersports center invites you to explore the flora and fauna of this beautiful river.
