Aurellie, a plant-based chef and naturopath, offers individual and group workshops at Clos de la Source or in your home to help you incorporate more plant-based foods into your meals without spending your entire evening in the kitchen! During these 4-hour sessions, discover healthy and delicious recipes and enjoy a friendly atmosphere to learn how to simplify your daily life and adopt healthy habits.
