Bordeaux Canelés

La Toque Cuivrée: the authentic Bordeaux canelé

Located at 164 Avenue Clément Fayat in Libourne, La Toque Cuivrée, famous for its authentic Bordeaux canelés, welcomes you every day from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Starting in the morning and throughout the day, the canelés are baked on-site, releasing a delicious aroma of rum and vanilla as soon as you walk through the door. True to the traditional recipe, La Toque Cuivrée has been preparing these crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside pastries for 30 years.
Choose from three canelé sizes to suit your taste: Large, Lunch, and Bite-sized.
